The technological challenge is being prepared in the heart of the Bretagne Sailing Valley®. On the occasion of the next edition of the Route du Rhum – Destination Guadeloupe, take part in the conference “Between euphoria and markets under tension, what are the prospects for ocean racing?”
With a few days to go before the historic Route du Rhum, the objective is to take stock of the current market situation and the consequences of this euphoria, in particular labour shortages, as well as shortages of raw materials, but also the influx of new entrants, which can generate tensions (berths, race qualifications, etc.)
What are the risks facing the sector? What impact can the various crises (Ukraine, inflation, climate, etc.) have? How can we continue to attract new entrants, both on the client and recruitment sides, in these almost saturated conditions?
The aim is also to look ahead to the aftermath of the Vendée Globe: will there be a landing, when, and how to anticipate it? How will the four-year cycles work from now on?
