Organized by BDI and moderated by Jennifer Ramsay of Green Talk as part of Sea Tech Week, this session will focus on “Opportunities offered by renewable hydrogen in the maritime world”. The objective will be to discuss the decarbonization of maritime transport and hydrogen around two round tables.

First round table
“Shipbuilding and renewable hydrogen technologies” with :
Yannick Bian, CEO of CBS (Chantier naval de Bretagne Sud), known for his experience in the integration of complex systems and for his investment in the energy transition.
Louis-Noël Viviès, CEO of Energy Observer. From expeditions to innovations, Energy Observer explores concrete solutions and develops technologies to accelerate the ecological transition.

Second round table
“Ecosystems needed to make Brittany a leading region in France and Europe for hydrogen shipbuilding” with :
Bruno Paris, Vice President in charge of the ecological transition at Lorient Agglomeration in Brittany.
Olivier Ticos, CEO of Alca Torda (Design and engineering office, expert in the field of hydrogen and fuel cells) to present the Hylias project.
