  • renewable hydrogen

On Octobre 27th and 28th, BDI is coordinating the presence of 5 Breton companies, innovating in hydrogen, for the HyVolution event. HyVolution is an hydrogen event for energy, industry and mobility that will take place in Paris, at the Porte de la Villette. During the two-day event, Pavilion E32 will be buzzing with discussions and conferences for Breton professionals and their contacts. As well as the Brittany stand, there will be over 200 other exhibitors to discover throughout the event.

5 innovative businesses you can meet at the Brittany pavilion (E32)

  • H2X Ecosystems: this company, founded in 2018, develops ecosystems in the territories and for manufacturers. In Redon, the company designed a renewable H2 mobility ecosystem and the most powerful generator in Europe (350 kW) capable of powering industrial or seaport sites, electricity networks or isolated locations. The calories produced by the generator can be captured to heat a water network or buildings.
  • Entech: founded in 2016, Entech supports its clients in the creation of hydrogen production and storage solutions. The company provides its expertise in energy conversion, the electricity system, guidance, and industrial integration and storage.
  • H2Gremm: this business founded in 2019 is developing a system for the production, storage, and distribution of energies for residential housing and small tertiary or agricultural buildings. The aim is to provide users with maximum autonomy using renewable energies supported by a hybrid storage system of electrochemical batteries and hydrogen.
  • Alca Torda Applications: a design office and consulting firm specialising in hydrogen energy and the integration of built-in hydrogen electric systems. The company is part of the Hylias project which is an ecosystem project involving a passenger ferry powered by an electro-hydrogen system, combining a project for a refuelling station in the port of Vannes with the construction of a ferry boat (150/200 pax) run by fuel cell itself powered by hydrogen, to operate in the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan.
  • The South Brittany naval Shipyard (CBS),known for its experience in the integration of complex systems and for its investment in the energy transition, uses its expertise in aluminium ship construction to design, construct and maintain all types of ships and maritime platforms. CBS has designed a new passenger ferry: an aluminium catamaran propelled by electric engines powered by on board hydrogen reservoirs.
